I followed Mike Aguilar to Ford from another dealership (Kia.. cough..cough...) because he actually is the best! Not that the other reviews are wrong, but... I'm sure they're all nice sales people. I wasn't planning on getting a vehicle, but here we are! The sales process was easy and low pressure. Hutch's weather with kids was a very sweet thing to see, too!

Mike is a fantastic salesman. Highly recommend him when purchasing your next vehicle!

Service department leaves much to be desired. Wouldn't purchase from here knowing I would have to deal with them eventually. I hear the drive to Fergus is nice though! Update: Stephanie was very cordial and responded quickly to help resolve the issue. However, the interaction with the service advisor left a negative impression on the department.

I am a third generation Ford customer and I wanted to review our very good vehicle purchase experience with two vehicles. Our salesman Justin was great to work with and he makes you feel like a valued customer and is more than willing to work with you and your needs for a vehicle. Overall we were treated very well with our purchases and I will look to continue to go back for future Ford vehicle purchases. It's also nice that this dealership has expanded hours of operation for sales and service compared to some other dealerships so that you can work around your busy work and lifestyle.

Very reliable and fast

Very knowledgeable. I appreciated the time taken to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. Washing my car was a plus!

Service work is always of high quality and completed in a timely manner. I've never felt the cost for the service was anything but fair and reasonable.

I was driving alone coast to coast and went in for an oil change when the service department found what could have become a catastrophic problem with my rear axle. THIS WOULD HAVE GONE UNNOTICED AT A FIVE-MINUTE-OIL-CHANGE SERVICE. Besides my being old, the weather was flipping from intense heat to thunderstorms, so getting stranded on a long lonely stretch of highway would have been catastrophic. Although they were booked up for quite some time, I told them my situation and they squeezed my vehicle in and repaired it the next day. Thank you to Luther Family Ford for having mercy on me. You are a class act.

Salesman was very friendly and very knowledgeable about everything. I would definitely recommend Luther Ford to anyone.

The whole process of purchasing my new Bronco was extremely smooth. All my questions were answered, the sales side wasn’t too pushy, and this Ford dealership seems to go above and beyond to attain customer satisfaction. Jeff A did a great job helping throughout the process, and I was surprised to learn how much their service center offers.

Best place to buy a vehicle

Nathan was a great help super professional and flexible with our time changes as we headed in to complete the purchase.

I have had good experiences at this dealership, as they generally have a professional approach and a decent selection of vehicles. The staff seems knowledgeable about the lineup and is usually willing to walk you through the options without too much pressure. It is a solid place if you are in the market for a new or used Ford, and they seem to be well organized when it comes to scheduling maintenance appointments.

TRINITY IS THE BEST, absolutely recommend him to everyone in need to a car. I went in just looking ended up test driving my DREAM CAR. I was on fence about it for a little but he reassured me be needing a FUN car. When I had questions he responded instantly. Trinity is the nicest guy you will ever meet.

I’ve had a great experience here and a not so great one today. Driving through Fargo our window got stuck down with spring rain in the forecast. I had a toddler with me & the service writer Matt S. Got me right in, had a tech diagnose it, checked with my warranty & kept me updated— while my toddler played with their car race track in their kid waiting room. I was actually able to relax and not worry about my kid stressing the other waiting people out & just play with him. Matt made sure the diagnostic was documented well for the warranty, had the tech get the window up, & let us know it was an 8 hour job when we were ready. (Matt in the parts department was really sweet & helpful/knowledgeable too) Big contrast with today. I was headed back through town tomorrow & wanted to see if I could get that tech the 8 hour job. Bryan/Ryan (Service) answered the phone & immediately started berating me on how I can’t just drop in— when I was ASKING about availability for the next day, with no pressure on timeline. He said they were booked out for weeks without even looking up my service records, the job, my name— anything. I get that it’s tire season— but your techs went to school to do more than break their backs on tires & swap parts. Dude was incredibly rude, & specifically lost his shop this work. It’s a customer service position for a service industry— there were so many different ways this could have gone, and none of them should have been telling the customer what an inconvenience they are.

Bought my 2025 Ford F150 from Jeff and it was great experience. I recommend him to everybody very helpful great gentleman and their managers are amazing. I was treated like a king.

Tim Zastrow was a top notch sales person, I would highly recommend seeking him out if you are looking for a knowledgeable sales person and professional experience. Conner the business manger also gave us a great experience, very professional and prepared. I have had consistently great experiences in the service department, the service manager Jennifer Brinkman is one of the best I have ever experienced at a dealership. Wow, installed 4 new tires all good. Apparently did 12 point inspection under the hood and failed to close up the air filter cover i found it open unclipped hanging there and didn't put battery cover back on as found it laying on the grill. Always need to recheck the work of these guys.
