My experience with Luther Ford was excellent. The staff assisted with my new truck, helped remove a tonneau cover, and hitch. They also offered my wife and I a snack while we waited. I will be back when my wife needs an SUV.

Ryan was wonderful! We were bringing our daughter to move in to NDSU and we are from GB, WI. Her check engine light came on and we are so thankful Luther Ford was open and had the parts on a Saturday to fix her car before we headed back to Green Bay! Ryan was very helpful and considerate during the whole day. Ryan had great communication from the time we dropped off the vehicle, to diagnosing the problem and when it was fixed. We are very thankful to Luther Ford and Ryan for helping us out!

Just bought a new Bronco sport badlands from them. Justin and the rest of the sales team were awesome to work with. They went out of their way to make the process easy and fair. The service team needs to step up their game though in what reality does it take 3 hours to pull the tires off our trade and put on the new car... the car was checked in at 10:33 and didn't get done till 2pm. I had my new 2025 Ford Mustang’s 1st Oil & Filter change done at Luther Ford. I made the appointment and said I would wait for the vehicle. Got in on time and they said it would be about an hour (which it was actually less than an hour). They have a great waiting area! They also completed the multi-point inspection, checked the battery, checked the tire depth measurements, brakes, and if there were any recalls! I followed Mike Aguilar to Ford from another dealership (Kia.. cough..cough...) because he actually is the best! Not that the other reviews are wrong, but... I'm sure they're all nice sales people. I wasn't planning on getting a vehicle, but here we are! The sales process was easy and low pressure. Hutch's weather with kids was a very sweet thing to see, too!

Service department leaves much to be desired. Wouldn't purchase from here knowing I would have to deal with them eventually. I hear the drive to Fergus is nice though! Update: Stephanie was very cordial and responded quickly to help resolve the issue. However, the interaction with the service advisor left a negative impression on the department.

I was driving alone coast to coast and went in for an oil change when the service department found what could have become a catastrophic problem with my rear axle. I have had good experiences at this dealership, as they generally have a professional approach and a decent selection of vehicles. The staff seems knowledgeable about the lineup and is usually willing to walk you through the options without too much pressure. It is a solid place if you are in the market for a new or used Ford, and they seem to be well organized when it comes to scheduling maintenance appointments.
TRINITY IS THE BEST, absolutely recommend him to everyone in need to a car. I went in just looking ended up test driving my DREAM CAR. I was on fence about it for a little but he reassured me be needing a FUN car. When I had questions he responded instantly. Trinity is the nicest guy you will ever meet.
